Piyu Dutta Lahiri brings 25 years of experience across corporate and investment banking, management consulting and business strategy in the UK, India and Southeast Asia.

Formerly Senior Vice President at HSBC in London, she has also held roles at ICICI Bank UK, ICICI Bank India and HDFC, with P&L responsibility across her career and a financing track record exceeding US$5 billion for clients.

Her experience combines commercial leadership with the structuring and execution of complex financing. She has worked with multinational corporations, listed companies and entrepreneurial businesses, helping them fund expansion and navigate critical stages of growth. She was consistently selected for talent-pool and fast-track programmes.

At Anthropia, she brings this institutional expertise to founder-led and mid-market businesses by integrating strategy, capital structuring and hands-on execution to build enduring enterprises.

She is also associated with educational institutions across London and India, contributing as a guest speaker and mentor. She is the founder of LeadHers, a platform championing equal opportunities for women in leadership.
